Registered Funds Associate

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Band 1/Tier 1 ranked practice, with openings in New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C.   Looking for midlevel associates, the salary will be from $260,000 to $390,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You'll be part of a prestigious law firm known for its robust support and unmatched development opportunities for its attorneys.   The role will focus on: Advising on the formation, structuring, and management of open-end and closed-end funds across various asset classes. Providing expertise on business development company (BDC) matters, including operational and reporting aspects. Engaging in underwriter representations and capital markets activities. Offering guidance on governance-related compliance and regulatory matters for registered funds and BDCs.   Package and Benefits: Annual salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000. Expertise in advising on open-end and closed-end funds, including ETFs and interval/tender offer funds. Experience in BDC matters and underwriter representations. Expertise in governance-related compliance/regulatory matters in relation to registered funds preferred.
