About the job
You will report to the European Sales Manager. Together with the Central Europe Regional Sales Manager, you will participate in the development and implementation of regionally assigned sales plans. You will be in interface with distributor management, operations, sales, service and support staff. You will: Conduct on site distributor training and job site demonstrations together with the application engineers Be in interface with major regional accounts Conduct joint sales presentations with focus on Educational Presentations Drive the Annual Review Meetings with key accounts in each dealer territory Assist in the identification, procurement and subsequent training of distribution sales and application personnel Evaluate marketplace potential for all served markets and customer segments using Data Analytics services as available Ensure new product release involvement by all dealers including local strategy, training and proper inventory Provide input on competitive products and activities primarily to the CCFS Business Area Assist in the identification and development of new distribution. Proven experience of successful consultative sales Experience in Channel development and management Successful Experience working with Construction equipment dealers Business, sales, market and domain knowledge in survey, civil engineering and / or construction Ideally experienced in Technology solutions for Construction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to travel up to+/- 75% Proficient knowledge of civil construction applications Product knowledge is a bonus Strong collaboration and relationship building skills Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects at one time Fluency in English and German and ideally one Eastern Europe language. Additional language skills are a bonus.
