An exciting opportunity has opened at a rapidly growing, cloud-native cybersecurity vendor backed by major global investors. This team is leading the charge in secrets and identity security, trusted by Fortune 100 companies to prevent modern breach vectors in complex environments.
We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow business across the West Coast territory, focusing on enterprise accounts and strategic channel partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Identify and close new business across enterprise and upper mid-market customers

Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with business goals

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure

Build relationships with CISOs, DevOps teams, and technical stakeholders

Drive pipeline growth through direct and partner-led efforts

Track performance, forecasts, and KPIs via CRM tools
Requirements:
-
Proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally cybersecurity

Strong network across the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest

Experience with SaaS sales, particularly in DevSecOps or PAM/SaaS security
-
Startup mentality with a “hands-on” approach – from prospecting to closing

Experience with tools like HubSpot is a plus
