- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven sales leadership experience (15+ years) in the cybersecurity industry, with specific experience in cyber threat intelligence, demonstrating a solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and threat intelligence market, particularly in the South India, Srilanka region, with an established network of contacts and solid connections with CXOs.
- Demonstrable experience in engaging with and selling to senior executives (CXO level) within potential client organizations, showcasing an ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and managing diverse sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages relevant to the South India region being highly desirable.
