Position overview
We are seeking a driven Marketing Specialist with experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels to join our team in the US. As a 360º marketer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth with a specific focus on the North American market.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign management: Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, emailing, social media, content, events). Work closely with the headquarters marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of global marketing actions at the local level, ensuring relevance for the USA market.
- Website ownership: Oversee the performance and functionality of the USA website platform. Ensure content is up-to-date, optimized for performance, and aligned with marketing goals to improve user engagement and lead generation.
- Digital marketing & analytics: Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, PPC, email campaigns) and track performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and LinkedIn Insights. Provide reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Coordination agencies & press: Act as the primary liaison with digital marketing agencies, external collaborators, and local partners. Manage relationships and coordinate efforts to drive successful campaign outcomes.
- Distributor & dealers management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and strategic partners in the USA. Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and joint campaigns to support their efforts and drive mutual success.
- Market Research & competitor analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity within the wildfire prevention and firefighting industry. Analyze competitor strategies and incorporate insights to adjust marketing tactics and stay competitive.
- Event planning & brand representation: Plan, organize, and represent the company at industry events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and other B2B events. Oversee event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to ensure maximum lead generation and brand exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, event planning, distributor/partner management, and market research.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content management, and analytics.
- Strong experience in event planning and brand representation at industry events. Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and distributors
