The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
  • Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
  • Attending client meetings/school visits
  • Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
  • Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
  • Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients needs
  • Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships

As this role cannot be simply defined, it is vital that you are able to adapt to new requirements and expectations. The industry can be very demanding, fast paced, and is constantly changing, therefore you must be able to adapt accordingly.

Please note that this role will heavily involve sales, which includes working towards revenue targets. Rest assured, you will be presented with reasonable and realistic targets, and we will ensure you receive the highest level of support and training from our experienced professionals in order to achieve them. As well as this, we offer uncapped commission with no threshold, meaning you can reap the rewards of all your hard work!
