About The Role:
As a Technical Recruiter at ShopMy, you’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles in the Strategy & Operations function. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and craft an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll play a role in building the teams that will define the future of ShopMy.
Your Impact To The Role:
- Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategy & Operations roles —from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct in depth interviews and assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Candidate experience: Deliver a top notch, smooth and positive experience for all candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with clear communication.
- Employer Branding: Represent ShopMy’s values and missions during recruitment interactions. Contribute to employer branding, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing.

- Proven experience recruiting for and successfully filling non-technical positions

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
