  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Adherence to Budget: Ensure all sourced profiles align strictly with the defined salary budget (Up to ₹4.5 LPA).

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
