We are looking for a recruiterl for the role that requires:

Main responsibilities:
- Actively participating in closing vacancies;
- Sourcing candidates across various platforms;
- Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews;
- Building and maintaining communication with candidates;
- Managing the candidate database in a CRM system;

Working with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in recruiting specialists;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
