Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring positivity, adaptability, and a passion for working with young athletes. This role involves coaching both recreational and competitive gymnasts, tailoring training plans to individual needs, and ensuring safety and enjoyment during all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach recreational and competitive gymnastics classes for youth of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that encourage growth, skill progression, and fun.
- Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to gymnasts.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during practices.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with gymnasts and their families.
- Collaborate with staff to promote a culture of positivity, teamwork, and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience in gymnastics is preferred (recreational or competitive).
