Roles and Responsibilities for Female Receptionist job in Mormugao

  • Maintaining the reception and office main/front desk,
  • Managing the doctor operation schedules/ Mormugao patients meeting and Visits etc
  • Updating the Excel and register on daily basis
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as manage files, reports, lab tests, x-rays etc,
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires from patients
