Receptionist - AEI Saudi

AEI Saudi is seeking a highly motivated and professional receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and professional environment
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and managing office supplies
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, upholding the company's image

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English communication.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, positive demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Non-smoker.
  • Punctual.
