The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. What You Will Be Doing:Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.Conduct interviews and managing the interview process from start to finish.Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
