Job Summary :We are hiring for a QA / QC Engineer job in Vasai. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Diploma / BE - Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities1.Incoming Inspection:o Maintain quality standards of incoming materials.o Continuously improve inspection process to reduce delay time.
2.Rejection Analysis:o Inspect incoming goods as per technical specifications.o Reject non-conforming materials and prepare rejection list.
3.Machine Trial / FAT (Factory Acceptance Test):o Conduct trials as per URS and technical specifications.o Prepare and publish Trial & FAT Reports daily.o Perform final inspection of machines (layout, dimensions, etc.).o Record and update all deviations regularly.
4.Inspection & Record Maintenance:o Prepare daily incoming inspection reports and monthly rejection summaries.o Inspect assembly parts at vendor’s site.o Maintain incoming material test certificates.o Conduct machine trial inspections at third-party vendors and maintain test records.o Maintain calibration records of instruments with due date, model number, LC, and allotment details.
5.Standardization:o Follow QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) for machines, where applicable.o Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) during machine manufacturing.
6.Material Check Test:o Send raw material samples for lab testing for MOC confirmation as per requirement.
7.Vendor Evaluation:o Evaluate and approve new vendors to ensure product and service quality compliance.
8.In-Process Inspection:o Conduct in-process inspections to prevent defects and maintain consistent product quality.o Contribute to efficiency improvement in the manufacturing process.
9.Testing Equipment Operation:o Operate and maintain various testing instruments and tools for inspection and testing activities.
