KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and conduct inspections for materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Define criteria and methods for operations and product quality.
- Ensure complete and accurate quality records.
- Handle material issues with suppliers and verify their corrective actions.
- Monitor scrap rates, process metrics, and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Plan and verify equipment calibrations.
- Maintain availability of measuring tools and jigs.
- Develop and manage QC staff training programs.
- Assist in dealing with external audits and QMS matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of QMS ISO9001, ISO13485.
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- Over 2 years in handling and organizing QMS in manufacturing environments.
- Fluent Vietnamese & English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving.
- High attention to detail.
