Quality Control Manager

  Our client is looking for a Quality Control Manager to achieve a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction is delivered. In this role, you will work in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR as well as external Warranty Providers, Registered Landlords, Contractors and colleagues. To be successful, you will need to effectively improve the Construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages including; * Improving warranty provider CQR scores * Lowering DPR rates * Lowering RI scores * Improve HQI pass scores * Improve customer satisfaction scores * Improve efficiency and effectiveness * Improve build consistency * Minimise avoidable costs * Drive quality from site through the BU We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of delivering a high level of quality inspection within the house building industry, as well as knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements   Job Listed: 2024-10-15 15:51:37
