OTT Hydromet Delft seeks a candidate Quality Control (QC) coordinator. The main purpose of this role is to verify that a company's products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to identify defects or deviations.   • Inspection & Testing
    Inspect and test raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using various tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
  • Standard Compliance Ensure that all products and processes adhere to company specifications, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Data Documentation
    Record inspection results, document defects, and report findings to relevant teams and departments.
  • Non-Conformance Management Process Monitoring:
    Monitor the Non-Conformance Management Process in operations to ensure consistent identification and resolution of non-conformances and identify potential issues early in the manufacturing process.
  • Corrective Actions
    Recommend adjustments or improvements to the production process to correct defects and prevent future errors.
  • Equipment Calibration
    Maintain and calibrate measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaboration
    Work with production, engineering, procurement and QA leads to address quality issues and promote continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in operating testing equipment, using measuring tools (like calipers and gauges), and interpreting technical documents.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and identify root causes of quality issues.
  • Attention to Detail

Essential Requirements/Skills:
