Lead a QA/QC team providing quality services to specific projects ? Execute the best practices to help the teams supported by him/her to achieve the maturity level required by the company according the business objectives ? Lead and define the testing strategy for the specific teams/releases/engagements ? To provide training, on boarding in quality and processes to the teams supported by her/him ? Design, implement and/or assure the process in the team ? Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking, bug search and testing tasks) ? Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release ? QA workload allocation and follow-up within his/her team ? Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery ? Take care of deadlines, write status reports, metrics reports, attend to meetings and provide guidance to the team ? Recommend improvements or corrections to developers in terms of work processes and quality where applicable ? Coordinate internal calibration sessions with Project Managers ?
