What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The AM of Internal Audit will oversee the global internal audit function, working alongside the client s audit leadership and Accenture management, and manage a global audit team. Responsibilities include ensuring audits are conducted as planned, adhering to the audit schedule within time and budget constraints, continuous reporting, and closure of outstanding audit actions. The role also involves liaising with control owners and business leaders, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining the efficiency of the global audit process. Additionally, you will contribute to process automation and innovative ideas to expedite procedures and reduce costs. General Accounting practices Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.

Follow an agile approach, integrating risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events, to facilitate continuous project delivery. Responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisors or team leads, generally interacting with peers and management levels at clients and within Accenture. Require minimal guidance for new assignments, making decisions impacting the team and occasionally other teams. This role may require working in US hours or rotational shifts. Client interaction skills. Fluent in English including Oral and Business Writing Attention to details Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) SAP/Oracle/JDE/etc. Exposure to Audit management tools like Workiva, Aris, etc. Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical skills Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure Strong commitment to working with teams Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment Outstanding organizational and project management skills to work within time constraints Critical thinking and ability to generate process improvement ideas
