Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests across our mobile applications, web platform, and backend services. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for mobile, web, and backend
testing.
- Create and manage reusable test scripts for regression, smoke, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- Take initiative in mentoring junior QA engineers and leading small QA teams or projects when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and automation coverage.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
- Strong understanding of QA principles, test design, and automation strategies.
- Proficiency in at least one automation framework/tool (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring QA team members is a strong plus.
