Job description: Children's Residential Quality Assurance Manager South Manchester Up to £65,000 + 10% bonuses Job Details: Children's Residential Quality Assurance Manager Joining a well-established organisation that provides care and support to children and young people within residential and educational provisions across the north west Overall aim of the role will be to support the Operations Director and the senior management team to improve the quality across all residential services. Work alongside all RMs and SMT within the organisation Work within a network of children's homes to ensure the meet company and OFSTED standards Travel between the services, undertaking audits of the quality of care Develop and implement systems that will effectively monitor and measure quality of care within all services Support with expansion and opening of new homes Head office is based in South manchester Contract Details Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus scheme Full-time, permanent contract Requirements Details: 2 years experience in a management role within children's residential care Proven track record in quality and assurance Level 5 in leadership and management Driving licence
