Job Description:

Handling customer quality complaints, responsible for correctness of reports and effectiveness of internal corrective actions; Collect the VOC and review with manufacturing team for process improvement; Customer feedback & Resolution (CFR) authorization for regional customers, and CFR final report assessment; Responsible for soliciting information required for customer questionnaire, Periodic review with customer on key issues and progress; maintain the quality performance analysis for key customers; Maintain DPPM performance and release DPPM monthly report / scorecard to management team; Support new products & process launch on quality status tracking & improvement in key customers.
