Role summary
We are seeking an experienced QA engineer for our cross-border payment systems. You will be a member of testing team to ensure high reliability, security, and performance of the system, meeting strict payment industry standards and compliance requirements.

What you’ll do
- Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases covering functional, automation, performance, and security testing to validate cross-border payment business needs
- Defect & Quality Assurance: Follow and improve the defect management processes, track issue resolution, and ensure test results meet quality standards; regularly report on progress and risks
- Automation Testing: Develop automation test frameworks to enhance efficiency and support CI/CD pipelines
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and management teams to ensure test alignment with project milestones and resolve issues in a complex, multi-vendor environment
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize test processes and methodologies, introducing innovative tools and practices to increase coverage and efficiency
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure testing activities adhere to financial regulations
- Teamwork and documentation: Work closely with product, front-end, testing, and operation teams to complete requirement reviews and implement technical solutions. Write clear test documents.
Who you are
- 5+ years of software testing experience, with preference for experience in payment, fintech, or cross-border financial systems
- 3+ years working experience in a high-tech or fin-tech company or has experience in core modules of cross-border payments or third-part payments.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation test tools and frameworks (e.g.,Jmeter, Robot Framework); familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python) and experience with Linux, databases (SQL), and message queues; CI/CD experience is a plus
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payment processing (e.g., cross-border payment) and financial compliance/risk management
- Personal Attributes: Strong sense of ownership, fast learning
