About the Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to take full ownership of quality for our AI-powered interview platform, AIR. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to ensure every release is stable, reliable, and bug-free — with a strong bias toward real-world candidate and client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own QA for AIR end to end — from feature testing to release validation.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated regression test suites.
- Set up scalable testing workflows to support a fast-moving release cycle.
- Write and execute test plans across functional, UI, and edge cases.
- Provide manual QA coverage as needed while automation coverage ramps up.
- Catch bugs before users do, partner with PMs and engineers to prioritize & verify fixes
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years QA experience, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency with automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong product sense.
- Comfortable manually testing features when needed — especially user-facing flows.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize risk.
