Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning, urban development, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai’s planning regulations, authority approval processes, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
- Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters, including GFA, population, and traffic studies (TIS).
- Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.
- Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, consultants, and government entities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, actionable updates.
- Maintain financial oversight, including payment approvals and budget tracking.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven track record in master planning, urban planning, and infrastructure delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
