We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of technical projects in the DeFi sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, design, and product teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Break down complex technical tasks into actionable plans, assigning priorities and tracking progress.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical goals and timelines.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, or similar) to monitor workflows and provide clear status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, technical education, or relevant experience providing a strong understanding of how technical systems operate.
- Experience managing projects in a tech-driven environment, ideally in blockchain or crypto (DeFi experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
