A Senior Project Manager is required to manage the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously, support project documentation and report project progress with stakeholders. The services provided by the resource include:
- Developing a project charters;
- Managing several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously;
- Contributing to Request For Proposal (RFP) development;
- Scheduling and managing meetings with the stakeholders; including meeting schedules, agendas, meeting content development, documenting minutes, managing follow up activities;
- Coordinating and engaging with various stakeholder groups to inform of project progress and activities and solicit feedback as appropriate;
- Managing project start-up tasks including creating a project SharePoint site, project calendar, contact list and other supporting tools;
- Developing project plans and documenting project activities;
- Creating, updating and managing project logs with applicable minute actions, issues, decisions, risks;
- Documenting and reporting project status against established objectives, milestones, budget and resources;
- Developing reports, summaries, presentations and communication material and other work and communication products;
- Assisting in the preparation of committee update presentations; and
- Managing activities around project tracking and reporting
