Project Manager

Fahs Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, cost control, and execution — with an emphasis on team coordination, technical direction, and quality assurance.

You’ll be the key liaison between our team, owners, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to our standards of excellence.

What Can You Expect

• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Track and enforce contractual obligations and submittal requirements
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor billing
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, architects, and owners
• Generate and maintain RFIs, logs, photos, and other project documentation
• Support field operations with surveys, coordination meetings, and turnover plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and MBE/WBE standards (if applicable)
• Organize commissioning, O&M manuals, training, and final closeout

How Do You Know to Apply?

Knowledge & Skills

• A 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards, legal compliance, and MEP systems
• Proficiency in project accounting, scheduling software, and change management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
