We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide program oversight, coordination, and reporting support across multiple risk-related workstreams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross-functional initiatives, developing JIRA dashboards, and driving accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and approvals.
This role is highly collaborative and requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills to ensure program governance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with workstream leads to monitor initiatives, track epics/stories/sub-initiatives, and identify potential risks or delays early.
Develop and maintain the program plan (roadmap), JIRA dashboards, and export processes for executive status reporting.
Ensure all documentation, attachments, and approvals are uploaded to JIRA and reflect the most current project activities and milestones.
Collaborate with program management and risk partners to align reporting with enterprise process gates, requirements, and evidence standards.
Support risk governance by coordinating approvals, tracking compliance deliverables, and maintaining data integrity within JIRA.
Provide timely updates on project progress, dependencies, and risks to leadership.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional programs, ideally within risk management, operations, or technology.
Hands-on experience as a JIRA Project Administrator and proficiency in JIRA project management, dashboard creation, and workflow tracking.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of project management experience in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Experience in risk, compliance, or governance projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, process documentation, and reporting automation.
