Job Summary:
Creativve Constructions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects, primarily in the industrial sector, along with commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, cost and time management, quality assurance, client coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor day-to-day project activities ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and construction guidelines.
• Handle multiple project sites and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, approvals, and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with statutory authorities for permits, clearances, and inspections.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work quality from all teams on-site.
Cost Control & Billing
• Prepare and track project budgets, control costs, and minimize project risks.
• Validate contractor bills, ensure proper documentation, and assist in client billing and follow-ups.
Quality & Safety
• Implement and enforce quality control measures across all stages of construction.
• Ensure strict compliance with site safety norms and company HSE policies.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (daily reports, material logs, progress reports).
• Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports for internal review and client updates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques (PEB, RCC, INFRA etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Preferred Experience:
• Execution of industrial projects (factories, warehouses, manufacturing units).
• Familiarity with government and private sector construction compliance.
• Exposure to handling high-value turnkey projects.
