Job Overview:
TALM is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and experience working with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with TALM's quality standards and project management methodologies.
- Develop and implement project management tools and techniques to optimize project delivery and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
