• Create, execute test cases, and facilitate UAT
• Gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing current state processes, identifying pain points, and collaborating with stakeholders to design improved, client-centered solutions that enhance accessibility, privacy, and processing efficiency.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
