Job Description
* Responsible and accountable for the delivery of projects.
* Ensure efficient and effective execution of the agreed work in the field of offshore geophysical and geotechnical projects, within the Land Site Characterization.
* Plan, organize and coordinate to achieve optimal balance between cost, time, quality, benefit and risk in land marine geotechnical and geophysical projects.
* Monitor project budgets, schedules and performance against KPI's.
* Supervise / guide project teas, promote a Team Fugro culture and support the development of a positivity safety culture.
* Develop project documentation including project execution plans and setup project management controls.
* Communicate with clients, internal partners, sub-contractors and support the tendering process.
* Follow external and internal courses to develop specialist and project management skills to grow further in your specialism.
* The PM leads low complexity (level 1) projects (including the proposal phase) by applying effective communication and principle of project governance and control in such a way that the QHSE, technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met.
* Leads project teams on low complexity projects and work packages.
* Develops knowledge of professional principles and practices.
* Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for various projects.
* Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
