- Should have proven experience in Datacentre Design & Management, hosting, etc.
- Should have experience in the Operation & Management of Large Data Center projects
- Should have experience in NoC Operation
- Should have experience in IT & SLA audits, ISO internal & External audits
- Understanding of ISO 20000-1:2018 & ISO 27001:2022 compliance for Data Center Projects
- Should have exposure/experience to IT & Non-IT Infrastructure Management, Server management, SAN, Network, Virtualization, Cloud, and Facility Management Services.

- Recognize potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises through thorough reviews and analyses of relevant event details and summary information
- Analyze security event data from the network (IDS, SIEM).
- Search firewall, email, web, or DNS logs to identify and mitigate intrusion attempts.
- Investigate malicious phishing emails, domains, and IPs using Open-Source tools and recommend proper blocking based on analysis.
- Resolving project & operational issues and problems
- Responsible for all technical / non-technical issues in projects
- Working in very close collaboration with the system administrators, network experts, and database administrators for the smooth operation & maintenance of the Data Center Project
