Overview of the role
A proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join us ,he will play a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects across consumer sales, partnerships, marketing, operations, and retail functions. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with department heads (sales, marketing, operations, partnerships, Tech , Product , B2B) to align project objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Use data to evaluate project success and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or a dynamic, high-growth industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
