Project Finance Manager – Finance & Planning (Tech Projects)

The Project Finance Manager in Finance & Planning will manage governance and financial reporting for technology-related projects across Mashreq Bank. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Tech, Head of Transformation Office, and project managers. The manager will evaluate financial business cases, handle budget planning and monitoring using Oracle systems, and generate timely financial dashboards for stakeholders. Responsibilities include validating financial data accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, coordinating project capitalization and asset recording, and supporting project closures including unused LPO management. The role requires involvement in annual CapEx planning and continuous financial risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Finance/Accounting or CA/MBA Finance with 5–8 years of banking experience in tech project financial management, strong analytical and software skills, and effective communication across stakeholders.
