Program manager

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery and implementations across multiple clients. You'll manage a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and with exceptional client outcomes.

You'll oversee end-to-end delivery programs, establish scalable frameworks, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align strategy, resources, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client implementation programs from planning to post go-live.

• Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team.

• Define and maintain delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices.

• Manage program budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.

• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and client issues.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SaaS deployment and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years' experience in program/project management in a SaaS or tech environment.

• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and methodologies.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP/Agile certification desirable.
