Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, with a focus on data strategy and governance.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and data teams.
- Monitor program performance using data-driven KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment of program outcomes with organizational data strategy and business goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across business units and technical teams.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communications, feedback sessions, and governance forums.
- Align stakeholder expectations with program objectives and delivery timelines.
- Manage escalations and negotiate solutions to maintain program momentum.
- Ensure transparency and trust through consistent reporting and updates.
Data Strategy Project Experience:
- Lead initiatives focused on enterprise data strategy, data governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to define and implement data frameworks.
- Drive adoption of data platforms, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management, including 3+ years in data strategy or analytics programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
- Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle.
- Ability to influence and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
