Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, with a focus on data strategy and governance.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and data teams.
  • Monitor program performance using data-driven KPIs and dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment of program outcomes with organizational data strategy and business goals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder communications, feedback sessions, and governance forums.
  • Align stakeholder expectations with program objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Manage escalations and negotiate solutions to maintain program momentum.
  • Ensure transparency and trust through consistent reporting and updates.

Data Strategy Project Experience:

  • Lead initiatives focused on enterprise data strategy, data governance, data quality, and master data management.
  • Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to define and implement data frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of data platforms, tools, and best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management, including 3+ years in data strategy or analytics programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle.
  • Ability to influence and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
