Impact In This Role

Your role as a program coordinator managing various tasks to support the Technical Program Manager for their daily work. This typically involves ensuring team members can collaborate, work efficiently, and have the necessary tools to meet upcoming deadlines

You will report to the head of program management in Feidi.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting TPMs(Technical Program Manager) for daily work, like sanitization, order scheduling, engineering samples shipment, QC and logistic shipment arrangement, handling some simple reorder programs.
  • Coordinating with TPM to run the ECO in system for post-sales change like milestone/cost adjustment and other change.
  • Support TPM team for exception tracking and documentation (kick-off gaps, DFM gaps, waiver etc) with corresponding OTIF linkage where applicable.
  • Support TPM team on the data analysis for business and team management
  • Support some system improvement projects, collect the feedback from the TPMs and follow the improvement progress.
  • Coordinating with TPM team for
    • Weekly reporting, like traffic light/OT reports/revenue tracking.
    • Documentation support for specific orders/programs.
    • Administrative case.

Desired Traits

  • Required
    – 0–5 years of manufacturing or industrial-related experience (candidates without experience but with relevant academic background will also be considered)
    – Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese
    – Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
    – Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    Preferred
    – 1–5 years of hands-on program management skillset or manufacturing background is preferred.
    – Fluent English speaking is preferred
    – Familiarity with sales tools such as ERP, Jira, NetSuite systems
