Program Assistant (Temp-Possible Perm Opportunity)
Academic Program support needed to:
• Manage internal application and proposal administration, review proposals for completeness and prepare materials. Prior work experience in an academic institution is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and pivot reporting, v-lookup, file merging, and conditional formatting.
- Data analysis experience.
- Familiarity with Dropbox preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
