The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of Tungsten Automation Corporation products.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position includes the following but not limited to

• Consultants are expected to provide first-class customer service while managing multiple projects concurrently. They must demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to professionally communicate with customers, management, and other members of the Professional Services, Sales, and Product Development and Support teams.
• Consultants must work efficiently in a team environment and provide consistent communication and project documentation to the customer and other team members such as project managers and other consultants. They must also demonstrate the ability to apply technology to provide solutions for business needs.
• Consultants are responsible for technical component delivery and assumes responsibility for testing the application code to verify that programs follow standards and meets technical specifications. The Consultant will actively participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants.

• An extensive training program is provided as part of the consultant onboarding program that includes extensive software training as well as shadowing experienced consultants in solution design and implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tungsten Automation Corporation products or equivalent products from both a functional and technical perspective

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization. CA/CPA/MBA finance is a plus

• 4+ years experience successfully implementing Tungsten Automation Corporation, SAP or equivalent products

· A good understanding of SAP ECC6 or later. You will have a good knowledge of ABAP and will ideally have a minimum of 24 months of ABAP development in a commercial software environment, within at least one full project lifecycle. And at least 4 years of SAP experience.

· Good ABAP skills, ideally with some knowledge of FICO/MM, looking for a wide ranging and varied set of challenges and an opportunity to develop their career. Experience of Sales Orders, Order Requisitions, Project Systems, SRM, BW and SAP PI will be of benefit.

· Ability to collect and document business requirements, technical requirements and process flows

· SAP Development Experience in at least two of the following modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PS and BW

· Experienced in Producing Functional and Technical Specifications

· Good understanding of ABAP Objects. SAP BW/BI an advantage

· Extensive experience of Enhancing standard SAP functionality using User Exits and BADI’s, BTE’s

· Able to create and maintain Archives using SAP Content Server

· Consultants will have excellent programming knowledge in SAP development and testing. The Consultant must be capable of following the standard life cycle development process and will work closely with our functional configuration consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of functional requirements and development of ABAP programs, according to specifications.
