Role and Responsibilities
A Production Worker (Level I) is responsible for performing production work in the Company's manufacturing plant. Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines; assembles finished product; inspects product to ensure high quality; assists with production line in factories; cleans production area; loads and unloads items from machines, carts and dollies; feeds or places items onto equipment for processing; measures and pours ingredients; ensures conformance to specifications; mixes ingredients; pulls damaged or ineffective equipment off the line; marks parts for identification; cleans and helps maintain machinery; records data when necessary; loads and unloads processing equipment; ships finished products; pours materials into machine hopper; takes instructions from supervisor.
