IQ Resource Group is hiring Production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN!
Blending Operator, Pretzel Line, Bulk Pack, Coating, Extruders
Schedule: 2nd shift: 6:00pm-6:00am
Pay: Bulk Pack- $18.00 an hour: Blender, Coating, Pretzel- $18.00 an hour: Extruder $20-$24 an hour: Material Handler $20.00 an hour!
The Production Workers are responsible for the overall quality of food production.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Report production and quality issues to supervisor.
- Stage materials for delivery or pickup.
- Perform packaging line duties.
- Review with prior shift operator about state of production.
- Follow production schedules.
- Maintain daily sanitation.
- Ensure bags are stacked orderly.
Requirements:
- It becomes very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat.
- Steel Toe Shoes.
- Forklift Certified highly preferred.
- Lifting 50-55 pounds up to waist height.
- Lots of bending and being on feet for prolonged time period.
- Must be willing to cross-train and help others during down time.
