Our client in Chilliwack is looking to add a few energetic, eager to learn Production Workers to come on board full time to their team.
The client designs, and manufactures the world's most secure weather tight marine closures or engineering support structures for bridges.
You will:
- Operate light machinery, including grinders, sanders, cordless drills, and saws
- Install fabricated components in the final product
- Monitor the quality of the fabrication
- Adhere to all safety standards and SOP’s
- Other duties as necessary
You have:
- Previous experience using hand and power tools a strong asset
- Previous experience working in a production environment an asset
- Quality and detail oriented
- Able to lift 50 pounds safely
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced repetitive environment
- A team player
