What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

High school diploma or GED - required

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate machinery and forklifts

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active, non-climate-controlled environment

Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training may be provided)

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do as a Production Technician:

Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment such as grinders, glue applicators, and finishing lines

Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures safely and efficiently

Load raw materials and monitor product flow

Inspect finished goods for quality compliance

Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report malfunctions

Maintain production records and track material usage

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and chemical handling protocols

Keep work areas clean and organized
