Responsible in assuring that all parts/components used, processes implemented, and products produced comply with the set Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements. Ensure parts produced on the line are in good quality or conforms to customer requirements Provide quality procedure or standards are available and in place to ensure customer requirements are consistently implemented in the line (i.e. PCP, P2, P3, IS, IG etc.) Provide judgement criteria for reference on special accepted parts or parts due to appearance issues but no functional effects and have it standardized thru master and/or boundary samples duly signed and aligned across CFT. Continuous improvement of QA inspectors thru quality levelling Management of QA Manpower (schedule set-up, control and mitigation on absenteeism and tardiness) Quality standard implementation on the production line, preventing shortcuts which are already part of the culture 1. Plan and organize QA manpower to support production based on demand schedules 2. Ensure compliance to Quality Management System, IATF-16949, EMS ISO 14001, TISAX, AS, APS, Safety and other related standard 3. Ensure that inspectors perform their function/tasks effectively 4. Ensure continuous improvement of inspectors level thru quality levelling and customer updates 5. Coordinate and verify component issues found in the production line
