Requirements
- Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; strong coordination and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.-
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and technical management of electronic or electromechanical products.
- Prior experience in production or technical management roles in medium-sized local enterprises or foreign-invested companies is preferred.
- Familiar with the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
- Must be honest, highly responsible, proactive, optimistic, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gradually building and managing the technical and production operations team according to the company's development stage.
- Responsible for introducing relevant products and technologies from PROSURGE and localizing them based on the company's development stage.
- Responsible for organizing local production activities.
- Responsible for the introduction and management of local factory facilities and production equipment.
- Responsible for production safety management at the local factory.
- Responsible for cost control management at the local factory.
- Responsible for quality control management at the local factory.
- Other production and operations management duties as required.
- Probation period: RM 6,000-12,000 per month; after probation: RM 9,000-15,000 per month.
- Year-end double salary bonus and transportation and related allowances provided.
