About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the production process from planning to installation
- Supervise workshop and on-site staff
- Maintain quality control, timelines, and budgets
- Manage stock, materials, and suppliers
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance
- Strong management/leadership experience
- Hands-on practical skills (welding, fabrication, spray painting, application)
- Code 08 driver’s licence
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of signage/branding production techniques
- Experience in the Signage & Branding, Warehousing & Logistics industry will be highly beneficial
