Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional performance. Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily production targets.

·       Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure products meet quality requirements by enforcing compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

·       Optimize Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

·       Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.

·       Monitor Performance: Track and analyze production metrics, addressing any variances or issues proactively.

·       Ensure Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

·       Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

 

Qualifications:

·       4+ years of proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.

·       Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.

·       Experience with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma Methodologies, etc.

·       Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·       Proficiency with production management software and tools is a plus.
