Monitor processes to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
(SQDC) targets.
Develop and optimize operations within allocated budgets for tools, materials,
and expenses.
Support new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations (e.g., security,
medical clinic, cafeteria, human resources).
Maintain electronic records and provide timely reports on turnover, production,
attendance, and discipline control.
Collaborate with management to identify and address training needs for
personnel and the production area.
Plan and execute shifts efficiently by coordinating resources and materials.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO standards
(ISO9001, ISO14001).
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Value Stream
Mapping (VSM) exercises and result oriented demonstrations of productivity
improvements
Coach production associates on lean techniques/tools and facilitate lean events.
Maintain and execute a continuous improvement (Kaizen) action list.
Lead problem-solving analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, 4 Steps, 8Ds) and tactical
implementation plans (TIP).Classified as
